HOW BUILDPOCKET WORKS

The working belongs
with the answer.

BuildPocket keeps measurements, allowances and buying quantities visible so you can check what goes into a result.

  1. Measured quantityThe dimensions you enter.
  2. AllowanceThe extra you choose for the job.
  3. Buying quantityWhole products, rounded up where required.

WORKED EXAMPLE / AREA

5 m × 4 m = 20 m²

A 10% allowance gives 22 m² before any material-specific pack rounding. The allowance stays separate from the original measurement.

Check the product as well as the maths.

Coverage, pack sizes, density and stock dimensions vary. Use the information for the product you have selected, and check site conditions before ordering.

Costs use your assumptions.

Editable rates make the working clear. A planning total is not a supplier quotation, and quantity calculations do not specify structural design or regulated work.
